This song was just released on September 2nd for download on iTunes to benefit the Stand Up for Cancer initiative. Every time I listen to it, I feel like it is talking to Jeff. There isn't an official video for the song, but I did find this on youtube- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_5lHnN6eRmo
The lyrics:
The heart is stronger than you think It’s like it can go through anything And even when you think it can’t it finds a way to still push on, though Sometimes you want to run away Ain’t got the patience for the pain And if you don’t believe it look into your heart the beat goes on I’m tellin’ you that Things get better Through whatever If you fall, dust it off, don’t let up Don’t you know you can go be your own miracle You need to know If the mind keeps thinking you’ve had enough But the heart keeps telling you don’t give up Who are we to be questioning, wondering what is what Don’t give up THROUGH IT ALL, JUST STAND UP! It’s like we all have better days Problems getting all up in your face Just because you go through it Don’t mean it got to take control, no You ain’t gotta find no hiding place Because the heart can beat the hate Don’t wanna let your mind keep playin’ you And sayin’ you can’t go on I’m tellin’ you that Things get better Through whatever If you fall Dust if off, don’t let up Don’t you know you Can go Be your own Miracle You need to know You don’t gotta be a prisoner in your mind If you fall, dust it off You can live your life Let your heart be your guide And you will know that you’re good if you trust in the good Everything will be alright, yeah Light up the dark, if you follow your heart And it will get better Through whatever You got it in you, find it within You got in now, find it within now You got in you, find it within You got in now, find it within now You got in you, find it within Find it within you, find it within THROUGH IT ALL, JUST STAND UP!

Jeff and Tina, We will be thinking of you guys as you go into the hospital for all of this. We pray that this will be a success for you. Love, Tracy and Mike
Jeff, you have Angels around you & Tina that are going to carry you through this difficult journey (like Footprints In The Sand).
Be strong and hang in there.. Have FAITH and ask GOD for STRENGTH; He will be there.
Blessing you both,

Jeff & Tina,
Don't let statistics get you down! There was a woman at Epiphany who had a stem-cell transplant and it worked for several years! She had to have a
2nd transplant several years later and it was a success also. She is still alive today! God WILL give you strength and he WILL heal you! DO NOT FEAR!!!
Lots of Love,
The Bennetts
Jeffrey Scott,
I am now kicking myself for praying all those years that you would be sent to isolation...watch what you wish for, prayers really do come true. Obviously, God answers our prayers in His time. Trying to keep it light, but always remember that even though I am not able to physically be with you, you are my every thought. I love you and we need you, so you have to hang in there and be tough, just like you taught me to be throughout the years. "Only you can handle this, Jeff, that's why."
Love you,
baby sissa
Jeff, MIke said that it was great to talk to you last night. Keep your head up! Your have thousnds of prayers being sent for you and God hears each and everyone. Take care, I'm sure Mike will give you a call this weekend.
Hugs, Mike and Julianna
Jeff and Tina,
Don't let something like statistics bother you. You have been apart of them before, and after this week the statistics will change for the better so be strong and don't give up YOU WILL BEAT THIS THING!
Love Ya'll,
Aunt Kaye, Henry, Adrienne, and Adam
What's this about "statistics"... Pleeaase! You're looking at a so-called statistic-lol:) I was supposed to be on the "other side". If I believed what I was told or read I would've checked out a long time ago. YOU are a FIGHTER Jeff. Every time I think about you (which is often), I feel a very warm feeling of peace. You are going to be fine!
